EDUCATION: Jennifer has the same education that everybody has. Being raised in a commercialist society, she was brought up in a branded school, taught what they wanted her to know, and then pushed on through the ranks until she graduated college.
TELL US SOMETHING WE DON'T KNOW: Jennifer is a big softy on the inside. She appears to be tough and hard-assed, but she loves romantic gestures quite a bit.

The Police and the NRA are private sector for-hire groups who can be contracted to do almost anything you need them to do from protection to assassination. Everything is branded, and all of those brands are divided into two categories. Team Advantage and US Alliance are the incentive programs that 90% of all US trading has signed up with, they compete against each other with guerrilla marketing and occasionally military tactics.
People's last names are the companies they work for. More than one job, or volunteer work earns them a hyphenate. Of course, this means if you change jobs, or lose it, your last name changes, or outright disappears. Children take the last name of the brand of school they attend with their parent's in parenthesis [Amy McDonald's (Mitsubishi) or Jan Mattel (Sears)].
The United States has absorbed all of Northern and Southern America, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Iceland, India, Japan, Oceania, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Myanmar, Australia. They're affiliated with Russia, but it's not been completely brought in yet. Everybody else has been cut off. Accents don't exist in the Federated United States, and everybody speaks perfect American.
In this future there is a woman named Jennifer Government. She's a field agent. She used to be Jennifer Maher, one of the best and brightest at the Maher Advertising Agency which happens to be one of the biggest in the whole world. Jennifer was the Mattel Product Manager and lived in Malibu at first, then moved to Los Angeles. She was at that time dating John Maher, who would later become John Nike, they had an extremely violent breakup, and she abandoned her career, and Los Angeles, moving to North Melbourne and becoming a Government agent.
Recently Nike, John Nike to be specific, hired Hack Nike to carry out a convoluted marketing scheme concerning the already $2,000.00 a pair Nike Mercuries. The plan was to tell the public that each Nike Town was getting in five pairs, and with crowds of people there (and the stores actually full of the shoes) to kill ten people who purchased them. Hack subcontracts to the Police who subcontract to the NRA. The NRA kill 14 instead of just 10, and the Police being Team Advantage places a problem in place for John Nike, who intimidates Hack, who's girlfriend accidentally kills the other John Nike (so she thinks) which causes Hack to go and accidentally confess to the whole thing.
Which puts Jennifer Government on the trail of her ex lover, intent on tracking him down and arresting him.
PERSONALITY: Jennifer doesn't particularly believe in the consumerism. She doesn't have a US Alliance card, nor a Team Advantage card. She doesn't prefer one set of companies over another. When she left advertising, she lost her zeal for the competitive markets. She now wants to do good for the people instead of trying to sell them crap.
She's very frustrated with all the red tape that she has to go through, and the fact that she can't solve crimes for victims without getting them to pay for it themselves. She breaks rules quite often because of this.
Jen is a very tough woman. She's had to be. From being an ad exec, to working for the Government, there hasn't been any opportunity for her to be laid back or easy going, especially when it comes to work. She's cut throat and does what she has to do in order to do her job well, and the right way.
She does have a good sense of humor though, and can be quite snarky when the situation calls for it, and often when it doesn't. Sarcastic and witty with a biting humor that gets her in trouble with Human Resources and Legal more often than not.
